The name Gemz Construction could not be more fitting, because Gabriel and his team are truly a gem in the industry. Choosing a contractor for a home renovation is a significant challenge, filled with uncertainty about quality, pricing, and trustworthiness.

Our confidence in this company began when we saw their crew working on a neighbor's home. We were immediately impressed by their professionalism, from the fully branded company truck to the innovative use of a drone to show their clients the condition of the roof—a level of transparency we hadn't seen before.

We initially contacted Gabriel for a small garage roof repair for my mother's property. From the outset, we were impressed by every aspect of their operation: his clear communication, the high-quality, certified materials he uses, and the fact that his crew is comprised of long-term, dedicated professionals. Furthermore, his pricing was more than fair, a fact my husband, a construction estimator for a large firm, quickly verified.

What began as a small garage roof repair quickly expanded into two major commissions based on the trust and quality they demonstrated. For my mother's home, they replaced the roofs on both the garage and main house and installed 19 new windows, a few doors, and railings. For our own home, an initial roof and siding replacement grew into a complete facade renovation, including new brickwork, resurfaced windows, an expanded driveway, and new railings and awnings. Work was completed quickly for what Gabriel could control and for materials he had to order like the doors and windows from Home Depot, he kept us abreast of the progress and made sure to address as soon as he received the materials.
